May Madness!! 31 Raw Recipes In 31 Days!!!  Recipe 5! This one is a staple in my diet!!  Not only is it super easy… each serving is packed with as much protein as you need.

Prep:
Soak 1 cup raw chickpeas overnight

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil*
1/4 cup parsley
1 clove garlic
1 lemon-juiced
1 tsp Pink Himalayan salt
1 tsp pepper

Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until desired consistency.

*cold pressed

Slice sweet potato and other veggies to dip!
