RawkBaby is a not a diet… It’s a Lifestyle.
There’s nothing wrong with being a food snob, not when most of the food we buy in grocery stores serves ZERO nutritional value, creates tons of waste, and is depleting the world of it’s natural resources. This lifestyle is for people who want to consume less and contribute more to our planet and its Earthlings. Because all things bleed. Be a conscious consumer and start making an impact on the world instead of adding to the destruction. I’ll show you how!!

    I’ve been following you since I opened my instagram account a few months ago. And I remember you first as a suicide girl when I used to have a membership almost 8 years ago. You look amazing! And always have. I cant believe this raw diet and all that it has done for you and is doing for me. I’ve been vegan now for 7 months and since summer started in July the majority of the food I eat is raw. I’ve become increasingly curious about the Raw Food movement. I have a green smoothie every morning and snack on the exact same similar things as you. A big salad is on my plate every day too. I have noticed the same similar benefits you described in switching to a raw diet. My skin appears to glow now -although I still have evil blackheads! I feel a lot lighter, my body has dropped 10 pounds since July. Hence, i feel a lot more comfortable in my body. Weight was something ive struggled with in my life. (3-4 years ago I lost 50 pounds) The only other change I’ve made is I’ve been practicing yoga now for 38 days straight. And I’m feeling amazing! As fall and winter are coming, (I live in Vancouver) I’m hoping I can still with minimal effort continue the raw lifestyle. So I’m super stoked to get some awesome Raw resources off you.

  2. YES! You rawk! thanks for the juice tutorial. I’ve recently begun taking great pleasure in eating my fruits and veggies and have had less of a desire for meat products or any kind of processed food, and not so surprisingly I’ve felt wonderful, and have been looking to extend my diet options and know more about eating organic and healthy. Then to discover that super sexy suicide girl/ raw enthusiast has a blog, you can imagine, I am thrilled. So thank you!!! I’d love to see a tutorial for those yummy looking raw chocolates you make, or even just a recipe. :)
